What is OzzyJuice®? OzzyJuice® is a powerful, aqueous-based degreasing solution that is pH-neutral, non-irritating, non-flammable, and non-toxic. The OzzyMat® is much more than a filter! The OzzyMat® releases millions of micro-organisms into the parts washer where they break down or "eat" the oil and grease washed off dirty parts.

AIRCRAFT, WEAPONS AND SELECT METALS DEGREASING SOLUTION
Description
A low environmental impact, biodegradable, a liquid cleaner which is not corrosive to a wide range of yellow and ferrous metals such as copper, cobalt, silver, magnesium, nickel, aluminium, titanium, cadmium, iron, and steel.
The unique blend of surfactants in SW-6 effectively reduces the surface tension of water and soil, allowing deposits to be easily rinsed from metal surfaces without streaking.

SMARTWASHER® FL-4 OZZYMAT® MULTI-LAYER FLUID ACTIVATION MAT
The OzzyMat® is a proprietary particulate trap impregnated with our special blend of microbes, which we call Ozzy® Microbes, and it is the most important part of the CRC SmartWasher® System.
The OzzyMat® traps large particles of grease and oil cleaned off dirty parts, along with any additional particulate matter larger than 50 microns. However, the most important function of the OzzyMat® is to release the Ozzy® Microbes into the CRC SmartWasher® system.
Keep in mind: The OzzyJuice® cleans the dirty parts but it is the Ozzy® Microbes that clean the OzzyJuice®. Change the OzzyMat® every month to keep the Ozzy® Microbes doing the job of looking after your SmartWasher®.
